Ennova Studio Refund Policy
At Ennova Studio, we strive to provide high-quality services that meet our clients’ expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted.
General Refund Terms
Discounted Packages: Services purchased as part of a discounted package are not eligible for refunds.
Primary Design Concept Approval: Once the primary design concept has been approved by the client, the project is considered to be in an advanced stage. Refunds are not available after this approval.
Revision Requests: If revisions have been requested, it indicates that the client has accepted the initial work, and thus, refunds will not be provided.
Urgent Projects: Refunds are not available for urgent design projects due to the expedited nature of the work.
Client-Initiated Cancellations: Refunds will not be granted if the cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to Ennova Studio’s performance or services.
Client Unresponsiveness: If the client is unresponsive or out of contact for more than two weeks, the project will be deemed abandoned, and no refund will be provided.
Policy Violations: Refunds will not be granted if the client has violated any of Ennova Studio’s policies.
Third-Party Engagement: If another company or designer has been approached for the same project, Ennova Studio will not issue a refund.
Incomplete Creative Brief: If the creative brief provided by the client is lacking in required information, leading to project delays or unsatisfactory results, a refund will not be provided.
Complete Design Change Requests: Requests for a complete change in design will be considered as a new project and will not be eligible for a refund on the original project.
Time Span for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of project initiation. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Business Closure or Name Change: If Ennova Studio is closing or changing its name or business operations, refunds will not be granted.
Non-Service Related Reasons: Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as a change of mind, disagreement with a partner, or any other reasons that do not directly pertain to the quality or delivery of our services.
Exceptions:
In exceptional circumstances, where Ennova Studio determines that a refund is warranted based on the unique aspects of the situation, partial refunds may be considered. Such exceptions are at the sole discretion of Ennova Studio’s management and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
